This Old House Country Cape

Nestled in the historic town of Concord, MA this project is a collaboration with Andrew Sidford Architects and Silva Brothers Construction for the tv show This Old House. It was a full gut remodel of an 1800’s cape with an addition added to suit the needs of a growing, busy family of 4. We worked in concert with the architects, the homeowners and the TOH team to create interiors that would be reflective of history while building a new narrative that incorporates our clients love of modern design as well. Building off the architects vision that the older part of the home remain historically preserved and the new addition embraces modern architecture, we curated a materials palette that blends past and present throughout the home with the use of vintage, antique and modern furnishings and finishes throughout.
