Located in the heart of the South End, our bachelor client hired us to help tone down the ultra modern and feminine look of the condo's previous owner. An outdoorsman from the Berkshires, his sensibilities leaned a bit more traditional and masculine. The goal for the project was to assemble a warm, casual palette of materials; linen, leather, natural wood and stone, cozy rugs, and graphic textiles. Architecturally woven into the new space are nautical feeling shiplap, natural brick walls, modern lighting and a traditional fireplace surround.
